The Henry Hotel Manila: Truly a Hotel Like No Other

There is hope for Manila! Who would have thought that a hotel as beautiful as this exists in this metropolis? The property only opened last December 2014 but it already caught the attention of urban dwellers and bloggers alike. Everyone needs an escape from this busy and chaotic Megacity once in a a while. You won't have to go far this time.

Welcome to the newest and most chic in Metro Manila. The Henry Hotel. (Same people behind Henry Hotel Cebu)

The character of this property was all because of the vision of Eric Paras, a renowned interior and furniture designer. He has blended modern amenities with mid-century furniture.

Let the pictures speak for themselves.

I can now say I have a favorite place in Pasay.

Henry Hotel has three types of unique rooms -- Classic, Suite and the Owner's Suite -- that will be heaven for any design enthusiast. We first visited the the Owner's Suite - a Two-Bedroom Suite with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the driveway.

The First Room - The light perfectly hits the floor.

The view from the balcony.

It feels like you own vacation or retreat home in the city.

Don't you just love the tub?

The Living Room.

The Second Bedroom.

The bedroom also has its own bathroom.

After our photography session in the Owner's Suite, we headed to the other house to see the Classic Suites. I love all the hallways leading to the rooms.

For other activities, the hotel also has a pool.

Perfect sitting area to read or book while having afternoon tea.

More details on the ceiling.

If you were wondering about food, the in-house restaurant is called Apartment 1B (This is actually one of my favorite restaurants in Salcedo. They serve breakfast here for the guests.

I cannot rave enough about the Henry Hotel, It is truly a hotel like no other in my beloved Manila.

Thanks, Mikilito! It's located in F. B Harrison. Not sure what food they will be serving. Restaurant opening is not yet final.
