With much anticipation, the Balesin Royal Villa, the newest and last village in Balesin officially just opened last November. As one of the most sought after island destinations in the country now, Balesin wanted to offer something special specifically for honeymooners or big groups. With only 14 suites, the Balesin Royal Villa is the only village that offers complete privacy for its guests. That means the other guests staying in other villages (Click here for my first post about Balesin) are not allowed to swim or use the Balesin Royal Villa facilities when it is booked.
When you arrive, you are picked up by one of the staff dressed as if he were actually waiting for royalty.
Welcome to the Royal Villas.
The Grand Lobby.
The Balesin Royal Villas has 10 Royal Suites on the ground floor and 4 Maharlika Suites on the second floor.
The Salon/Function hall can accommodate 350 guests at one time.
Welcome to the Maharlika Suite. It was a bit challenging to take a photo of the whole suite because of its size! Balesin was extra generous with the space here.
A bed fit for royalty.
It has a living room and a common terrace (for all the Maharlika Suites) with 2 jacuzzis and four cabanas.
The common living room. The door on the right is connected to a smaller room for other guests.
The Maharlika Suite also has its own balcony with a spectacular view of Lamon Bay.
If you decide to throw a party here, you can have 200 people fit comfortably.
My favorite part is the sunning/tanning deck.
The lap pool.
The game rooms of BRV even has a Videoke Room!
The Balesin Royal Villas glows at night.
The Balesin Royal Villa has certainly added more magic to this fantasy island. Although I still find Toscana and Balesin as the most charming villages, the Royal Villa has an elegance and privacy that would make it an ideal venue for a big groups or your dream wedding.
To stay here, you need to book at least 5 villas or book all the Maharlika Suites. (roughly 200k per night ++).
